We provide dog sitting and dog walking services. Whether you have a dog that needs special once-a-day care while you are at work or you need us to drop by 2 or 3 times in a day to walk and feed your dog, we are there when and where you need us. We are familiar with most breeds and as you know, each breed has their own unique characteristics. When you hire My Trusted Pet Sitter of Naples, you are hiring a dog walker / dog sitter who understands that a "one approach fits all" does not gain the cooperation of every dog. We tailor our approach based on your dog's breed and any feedback you provide us about your pet. Dogs are as individual and quirky as us humans and "we get that!". 

Why Kennels Are Not Always a Good Option
While kennels are often affordable options when a dog owner is on a trip, there's no denying that when a dog goes into a kennel environment they become stressed. The stress on your pet goes beyond simple separation anxiety. Being around all those other canines at once, being cared for by multiple people at random times and being confined to a cage or other small area doesn't help either.

Add to all that the potential for disease, injury or other irritations (our dog Zeuss used to come back from the kennel with skin irritations because of the bleach used to clean the floors. While we appreciated that they were trying to keep the area clean and sanitary, it still caused significant irritation on poor Zeuss!). There's simply no comparison to having your dog walked and looked after while in the comfort of his or her own home as compared to being shipped off to a kennel.
